We are immediately hiring sales associates to help us in our mission to grow.
A challenging position requiring strong sales, managerial and organizational skills with a company where advancement and compensation are based on personnel performance.
 This is a commission based job with flexible hours and a wonderful management team to support the employees.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate must be Substance FREE
* Must have a Valid Driver License and Clean MVR
* Must Submit to a formal Background screening
* Must be able to work day, evening and weekend shifts
* Must be able to use or learn how to use our software.
* Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
* Knowledge of used automotive operations.
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required
* Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations.
* Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures.
Required Education/Experience
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* car sales experience is a plus.
* Valid drivers license as required by state.
